NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2018CA-003269-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOYCE JOHNSON A/K/A JOYCE M. JOHNSON A/K/A JOYCE FANDEL, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANDREW N. JOHNSON; ANDREW N. JOHNSON AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOYCE JOHNSON A/K/A JOYCE M. LOT 11, OAK TERRACE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING LOCATED IN PART OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 295 Hickory Street, Mulberry, Florida 33860
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
