Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Amended Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Public Sale dated the 26th day of October, 2020 and entered in Case No. 18-CA-000413, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, and for Polk County, Florida wherein SYNERGICITY, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROSEMARIE MEDEROS HORNER, PREPAREDNESS CENTER, LLC, (Adinai Spencer having been dropped from the case) are the Defendants. The subject property will be sold to the highest bidder in Judicial Sale conducted electronically online at the following website: https://polk. realforeclose.com/index.cfm at 10:00 A.M. on the 30th day of November, 2020; as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The property directed for sale is: 1155 Highway 17 S., Bartow, FL 33830; Parcel ID # 25-30-08-406500-002160; Lots 16, 17, 24, 25, 26 and 27, Block 2 of Macklake (Hacklake), according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 43, public records of Polk County, Florida.
