NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2020, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-003042 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York Mellon, is Plaintiff and MARK T. JACOBSON; JAMI L. JACOBSON; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LYNDA R. JACOBSON A/K/A LYNDA RUTH JACOBSON, DECEASED; CHARLES JACOBSON, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of December, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
