NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, and entered in 292010CA019099A001HC of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CASCADE FUNDING MORTGAGE TRUST 2017-1 is the Plaintiff and URBAN CRUZ; WALESKA CRUZ; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; THE POINTE OF COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
