Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4 day of November, 2020, and entered in case No. 20-CC-002962 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DANIELS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. MITCHELL, JENNIFER L. MITCHELL and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of December, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 30, Block 2, of DANIELS PRESERVE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 59 through 62, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
