IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Supplemental Petition to Modify Mediated Marital Settlement Agreement has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on DARRIN R. SCHUTT, ESQ., of Schutt Law Firm, P.A., Attorney for Former Husband, whose address is 12601 New Brittany Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907, on or before December 15, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court located at 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 either before service on Former Husband's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the petition.
The action is asking the Court to decide whether to modify the Mediated Settlement Agreement in this case, and more specifically:
Determine the Former Wife in breach of the Mediated Martial Settlement Agreement and apply the Former Husband's 401K Payment obligation to the automobile finance company, Nicholas Financial, which has filed a civil action in the amount of $7,771.79 in Lee County Small Claims Court, Case No. 20-SC-1688.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Designation of Current Mailing and E-Mail Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.) Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed or e-mailed to the address(es) on record at the Clerk's office.
