Unit 303, SUNSET VISTA CONDOMINIUM-B, according to the Declaration recorded in Official Record Book 1509, Page 1286, and as amended in Official Record Book 1545, Page 1035; Official Record Book 1905, Page 4539; Official Record Book 1929, Page 521, and in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 82, all of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
