if alive, and if dead, his/her unknown spouse, widow, widower, heirs, devisees, grantees, successors, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, and all other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons or entities claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate, or demand against them, or any parties or claimants or entities claiming to have any right, title, or interest in regards to the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 159, FLAMINGO BAY, Unit No III-A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Pages 74 through 80, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with and appurtenant to the title herein granted, the ownership of Membership certificate No. 159, PINE ISLAND COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., which is evidence by an undivided interest equal to the undivided interest of each other member in the property owned by said homeowner's association.

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment has been filed against you regarding the above-referenced property and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Darrin R. Schutt, Esq. of Schutt Law Firm, P.A., Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose address is 12601 New Brittany Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 on or before December 15, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief south in the Complaint.
