COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, RDF INVESTMENTS, LLC, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on October 29, 2020. Case No: 20-CA-7290.
1. Lots 22 and 23, Block 6006, Unit 94, Cape Coral Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 35 to 39, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 12381 S. Cleveland Avenue, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33907, on or before December 21, 2020, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of you current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
