Unit 703, of Royal Hawaiian Club Condominium, Phase VI, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1541, Page 679, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on KRISTIE P. MACE, Esq., Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross, PLLC, 2030 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, Florida 33901, attorney for ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
