NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2020, and entered in 2017 CA 003761 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-14 is the Plaintiff and DO NGOC NGUYEN; THUAN NGUYEN A/K/A DEP TRAN; WATERFALL CAPITAL GROUP, LLC; CREEKSIDE OAKS AT MANATEE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CAVALRY SPV I, LLC; DALE AYLWARD A/K/A DALE P. AYLWARD; MABEL AYLWARD A/K/A MABEL L. AYLWARD are the Defendant(s).
