NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 16, 2020, entered in Case No: 2019-CA-004165of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein EVERETT H. HORTON; MELISSA L. HEALY; HERNDON WOODS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on January 07, 2021 by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
