NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2 day of June, 2020, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-003641-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and EVERETT CLAYTON MORRELL, JR. A/K/A EVERETT CLAYTON MORRELL; THE PNC FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP, INC. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 3 day of December, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
