NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002993 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ANDREW RISNER A/K/A ANDREW N. RISNER; LISA RISNER A/K/A LISA C. RISNER; LAKES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETEHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 14th day of January, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
