PUBLIC NOTICE
TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME
I, Jennifer Kay Marlow, declare under penalty of perjury that the following is true, correct, and accurate and is not done to mis-lead or to evade.
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA a FINAL JUDGMENT OF CHANGE OF NAME (ADULT) was entered granting that the Petitioner's name JENNIFER KAYE MARLOW is changed to Jennifer Kay Marlow, by which Petitioner shall hereinafter be known.

The name, Jennifer Kay Marlow, and any and all derivatives thereof, when written in upper and lower case letters, shall henceforth from the publishing of this Notice, when set forth by any means, shall indicate and mean the living, breathing, sentient being, a Woman, standing as a Private, civilian, Free Inhabitant on the soil of Florida state as a non-militant, non-combatant, nonbelligerent. Further, I declare that I am not an enemy to, nor an ally of an enemy to the United States.
The name, JENNIFER KAY MARLOW, and any and all derivatives thereof, (including JENNIFER MARLOW) when written in all capital letters shall henceforth from the publishing of this Notice, when set forth by any means, shall indicate and mean a commercial artificial entity/trust. I have never been given full, complete, and timely disclosure of such relationship, but various Constructions of Men have tried to hold me as fiduciary or surety for various artifices and schemes, to defraud me and enrich themselves.
I, Jennifer Kay Marlow, declare that I am the sole Beneficiary of all commercial artificial entities/trusts created using any variation or derivative of the all capital letters name JENNIFER KAY MARLOW and JENNIFER MARLOW.
Furthermore, I, Jennifer Kay Marlow, disclaim being, or having ever been a fiduciary or surety in any matter or for any commercial artificial entity/trust, without having been given full, complete, and timely disclosure of such relationship.
I, Jennifer Kay Marlow, declare under penalty of perjury that I am not now, nor have I ever been a United States citizen, and that any and all declarations, under penalty of perjury, to the contrary were made by mistake due to lack of full and complete disclosure, knowledge, and understanding of the consequences of being identified by the term “United States citizen”, and I, Jennifer Kay Marlow, hereby and herewith rescind my declarations on/for all such attestations.
I, Jennifer Kay Marlow, declare the publication in Book 110-Pages 582-587 of Lamar County Superior Court Clerk Official records supports this Notice.
Final NOTICE: If anyone disputes the declarations in this PUBLIC NOTICE, they must come forth, within 21 days of the date of publication of this NOTICE, and present their evidence and claim, or otherwise be forever barred from raising any objection to these facts.
