Lot 5, Block 42, CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 5A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 127, Pages 277 through 284, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CARLOS R. ARIAS, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is ARIAS BOSINGER, PLLC, 140 N. WESTMONTE DR., SUITE 203, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice DECEMBER 19TH 2020 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Lien Foreclosure Complaint.
