AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FRANK STAGLIANO, DECEASED; TERESA SMITH; JOSEPH FRANK SMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CINNAMON COVE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CINNAMON COVE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
