Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 16 day of November, 2020, and entered in Case No. 20-CC-001794 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RENAISSANCE (FORT MYERS) CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and FOREST M. KEIL are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of December, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 508, BLDG. 5 RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Instrument No. 2005000094005, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
