NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2020, and entered in 18-CA-004558 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING, LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL SUDANO; ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION III, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ISLAND PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 23, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 46, OF ISLAND PARK VILLAGE, SECTION III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1732, PAGE 3490, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO.
