NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered on November 6, 2020, in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described on the attached Exhibit “A” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on February 4, 2021, at 10:00 a.m.

Unit No. 805 of BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-BAYSHORE I, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3886, Page 750, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 93, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
