NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-007614-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, WALTER SHURDEN AKA WALTER BYRON SHURDEN, JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF HELEN M. CLARE, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 10 day of December, 2020, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 6-F, AND AN UNDIVIDED .6741560% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSION OAKS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4156, PAGES 864 THROUGH 912, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4228, PAGE 1526, THROUGH 1545, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGES 86 THROUGH 89, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
N.B. MISSION OAKS CONDOMINIUM WAS CREATED BY GRANTOR ON LAND HELD UNDER A LEASE HAVING A TERM INITIALLY IN EXCESS OF 98 YEARS, PURSUANT TO THE CONDOMINIUM ACT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA. SAID LEASE IS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4156, AT PAGES 833 THROUGH 863, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND IS MADE A PART OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS THOUGH SET OUT IN ITS ENTIRETY THEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
