NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2020, and entered in 19-005151-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and KELLI CHICKOS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SHEILA A. THORNE A/K/A SHEILA CAREY THORNE, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; HUMANE SOCIETY OF PINELLAS, INC.; CATHERINE C. LETOURNEAU are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 16, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
