Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 20-002753-CO, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT #150, OF FAIRWAY VILLAGE, A COOPERATIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE AGREEMENT (THE “PROPRIETARY LEASE”) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8307, AT PAGE 1660, OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR ALL THE REST OF THE TERM OF SAID PROPRIETARY LEASE, SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS THEREIN CONTAINED, THE ORIGINAL OF WHICH IS MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION AT 1100 S. BELCHER RD., LARGO, FLORIDA 33771, WHICH MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT AND ALL PRESENT AND FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. THE ASSIGNEE(S) IS/ARE THE OWNER(S) OF APPURTENANT MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE #003009 OF FAIRWAY VILLAGE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC. TOGETHER WITH VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS 2A3437A AND 2A3437B.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 10, 2020. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
