NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
Pursuant to F.S. Section 715.109, notice is hereby given that the following property will be offered for public sale and will sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, subject to existing encumbrances, if any:

A 1975 CORO Mobile Home, VIN #21620329A1 and VIN #21620329B1, Title No. 011850361 and Title No. 011850360, and the contents therein, if any, abandoned by the previous owner and tenant, Patricia K. Schemel.

Only the mobile home will be sold. The lot upon which the mobile home is situate is not part of this sale. A successful bidder must immediately move the mobile home or immediately apply for and become an approved resident of the park and enter into a lease agreement for the use of the lot.

The sale will occur on November 30, 2020 at 8:00 a.m., at Doral Ro Association Cooperative Mobile Home Park. 29250 U.S. Hwy 19N, Lot 454, Clearwater, Florida.
