Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2020 and Order Rescheduling Sale dated November 10, 2020, entered in Civil Case No. 19 CC 1584 WS, in the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BRANDYWINE CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION OF PASCO COUNTY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DIANE MARIE PALLACE, et al., are the Defendants, Nichole “Nikki” Alvarez-Sowles, PASCO County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
