YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on the following real property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 11, Block 18, ASBEL ESTATES PHASE 3, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 39 through 52, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pasco County, Florida, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to the Complaint, if any, to Gregory A. Sanoba, Esq., 422 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33801, on or before December 28, 2020, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
