NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 20, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002976 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2016 SC6 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BERYL JEAN SWINDELL, DECEASED; NEIL OAKES; LAURIE CRAVEY; ROBERT SWINDELL; CRAIG W. OAKES; GARY W. UNIT 12, BUILDING K OF TERRACE PALMS CONDOMINIUM FORMERLY KNOWN AS BORDEAUX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4085, PAGE 815, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 46, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF INTEREST IN THE CONDOMINIUM ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
