NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 7, 2020, and entered in Case No. of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ALLSTATE FUNDING CORP, is the Plaintiff and HOP-HEDZ INC.; LEWIS
MUSTARD; TAMPA HYDE PARK CAFÉ PROPERTIES, LLC; TAMPA HYDE PARK CAFÉ, LLC; THOMAS ORTIZ are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 21st day of December, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
