Unit No. 3, Building 8, PARK LAKE AT PARSONS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16007, Page 1415, as amended, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit.
Commonly known as 314 Lake Parson Green #102, Brandon, FL 33511, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shawn G. Brown as KAYE BENDER REMBAUM, PL, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1211 N. West Shore Blvd, Suite 402, Tampa, FL 33607, (813) 3750731, on or before DECEMBER 20TH, 2020, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default wll be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
