AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST , is the Plaintiff and Melvin Toy Howell, Current Tenant(If Any), Howell, Anita, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the January 13, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
