NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing during its regularly-scheduled public meeting on December 15, 2020, beginning at 2:00 P.M., with public hearings being held beginning at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as may be accommodated by the completion of the rest of the Board agenda, to consider the petition of Wat Lao Mixayaram, Inc., to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:
The 16 foot wide alley lying easterly of Lot 7, Block 9
and westerly of Lots 5, 6, and a portion of Lot 4, Block 9
(4340 43rd Street North), Ann Park Heights, Plat Book
6, Page 100, lying in Section 3-31-16, Pinellas County,
Florida.
The above-referenced public meeting and hearing will be held at the Pinellas County Cooperative Extension, 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo 33774, MAGNOLIA ROOM, and live virtual participation will be available utilizing Communications Media Technology (CMT) on the ZOOM platform.

In addition to public comment provided during the live meeting, whether at the physical meeting location or through the virtual meeting platform, all comments received by 5:00 P.M. the day before the meeting will be included as part of the official record for this meeting and will be available to be considered by the County Commission prior to any action taken.
