TOWD POINT MORTGAGE TRUST 2015-4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and FLANJ PARTNERS, LLC AKA FLANJ PARTNERS, L.L.C, THOMAS SCANGARELLO, KEITH PORTNER, NANCY SCANGARELLA, NAPLES BAY RESORT WEST PARCEL MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., THE COTTAGES AT NAPLES BAY RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the LOBBY ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on December 10, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-105 OF THE COTTAGES AT NAPLES BAY RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM,(THE “CONDOMINIUM”) ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (THE “DECLARATION”) RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4121, PAGES 3210 THRUGH 3362, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING: (1) EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO UNIT E-105; AND (2) THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, DECLARED IN THE DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT THERETO.
