Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on December 10, 2020, at 11:00 AM in the Collier County Courthouse, 5th Floor Jury Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida to-wit:
Phase 2, Unit 7, of THE COACH HOMES OF BERKSHIRE LAKES, a condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded at Official Record Book 1424, Page 156, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended, together with all common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming of an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
