NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 18, 2020, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of Court or any of his duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, TIMBER RIDGE, UNIT ONE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 1 and 2, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on December 10, 2020, in the lobby of the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
