NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2020, and entered in 2018-CA-006972-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and MARIA GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA GONZALEZ; BORIS PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BORIS PEREZ; COBBLESTONE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF ORANGE COUNTY, INC.; DISCOVER BANK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE KB HOME LOANS, A COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC are the Defendant(s).
