NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CC-1023 of the Count Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 15 day of October, 2020 in the lobby on the third floor, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week No. 33 in the Condominium Parcel 5, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 000959 at Page 001957 thru 002017, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
