NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Foreclosure of Equitable Lien dated September 17, 2020, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, KAREN E. RUSHING, Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, , beginning at 9:00 a.m. on October 23, 2020, the following described property:
Lot 22, Block “A”. Newtown Terrace, together with N ½ of vacated alley lying South of said Lot as described in O.R. Instrument No. 2017117973, as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 34, Public Records, Sarasota County, Florida. Parcel ID NO. 0028-13-0018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
