NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 23, 2020 in 2019-CA-000752 in the Circuit Court for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RAUL CHARBONIER III AND GISELE CHARBONIER are the Plaintiffs, and ROLLY ANCHOR LLC, BONNIE L. MURRAY, CAROL MURRAY BERGER, MICHELLE MURRAY PECARELLA, KENNETH MURRAY,ANNETTE MURRAY ROA, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF ANTHONY M. MURRAY AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, And THE CITY OF TAMPA are the Defendants.

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, run thence East 30 feet, thence South 1121 feet for a point of beginning of tract herein conveyed, thence South 75 feet, thence East 190 feet to the banks of Hillsborough River, thence in a Northeasterly direction along the bank of the Hillsborough River to a point which is 225.8 feet East of the point of beginning of tract herein conveyed, thence West to point of beginning of tract herein conveyed. Said property lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
