NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on September 30, 2020, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any duly authorized deputy, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, Block 13, FAIRMONT PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 40, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 6, 2020, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM PRIOR TO THE CLERK REPORTING THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
