YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against WATERIN TROUGH, LLC to foreclose plaintiff's security interest and its lien recorded with The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, on a spirituous alcoholic beverage license, being license #BEV 62-03509, and Waterin Trough, LLC is required to serve a copy of its written defenses, if any, to the action on The Tiller Law Group, P.A., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 633 North Franklin Street, Suite 625, Tampa, FL 33602, on or before thirty (30) days following the date of first publication in the Pinellas County Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
