NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 31, 2019 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 19, 2020, entered in Case No. 19-005365-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein LEO CAPITAL LLC, is the Plaintiff and LISA GREEN; ANDREA JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREA JOHNSON; GARY DEBOSE; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING, LLC; and HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DIRECT MERCHANTS CREDIT CARD BANK, N.A., are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2020 on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ROGERS STAR HOMES LOT 20, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 25 IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
