NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 24, 2020 and entered in Case No. 19-002585-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE OR OTHE CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST NIKOS XADZIPULOS, DECEASED; DEMITROS XADZIPULOS; ANGELA BARNES; EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL, LLC F/K/A HILCO RECEICABLES LLC, C/O BAKKALAPULO LAW FIRM; CITIBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; UNKNOWN PART # 1; UNKNOWN PARTY # 2; UNKNOWN PARTY #3; AND UNKNOWN PARTY #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; BECKETT BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on October 14, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BECKETT BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 91 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
