The School Board of Pinellas County, Florida will receive sealed Request for Qualifications in the Purchasing Department of the School Board of Pinellas County, Florida 301 - Fourth Street S.W., Largo, Florida 33770-3536 until 4 p.m. local time, on October 26, 2020 for the purpose of selecting a firm for Design Services required for the scope listed below.

SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Services for the above project.

Scope of work: The project includes a new bus service garage to hold and maintain the buses servicing our mid county schools. The project's goal is to construct a new bus service garage with associated work spaces to be located at the southeast of the property, a remodel of the existing facility's kitchen area to turn it from the Transportation command center back into a kitchen to serve the site. There will also be site work associated with the project to include a revised parking lot layout and drive access. Additional information will be posted in Public Purchase.

PHASE 1 SCHEMATIC DESIGN: 45 DAYS
PHASE 2 PRELIMINARY DESIGN DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 45 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 60 DAYS

Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
