Incapacitated.
A Petition for Discharge and Final Report and Accounting in this guardianship have been filed on August 19, 2020, upon the grounds of change of domicile of the ward, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, Ref No. 19-7539-GD3, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, FL 33756. The name and address of the Guardian of the Property and the Guardian's attorney are set forth below.
The jurisdiction of the guardianship has been transferred to Muskegon County, Michigan, pursuant to Letters of Guardianship and Letters of Conservatorship signed on April 20, 2020 in the Michigan court. The name and address of the Guardian/Conservator are Marie Hogsett, c/o Anna Urick Duggins, Esq., Parmenter Law, P.O. Box 786, Muskegon, MI 49443-0786.
Any objection to the transfer of jurisdiction or the discharge of the Florida guardianship shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based.
Any objection to the final report or the petition for discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the petition for discharge or the date of first publication of the notice.
Within 90 days after the filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
The date of the first publication of this Notice is October 2, 2020.
