NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2020, and entered in 16-000968-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and TRUSTBIZ, LLC., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 376 DURHAM CT LAND TRUST DATED 2/27/2015; CYNTHIA L. MCEUEN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 21, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1494, SCOTSDALE CLUSTER CONDOMINIUM II PHASE II, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5204, PAGE 2138, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5300, PAGE 1206 AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
