Notice is hereby given that the City of Ocoee, Florida, will consider a purchase offer of $3,560,000.00 for the following described real property, which is owned by the City:

17.96 Acres at the NE Corner of Fullers Cross Road & Ocoee Apopka Road
A public hearing will be held at the October 20, 2020 meeting of the City Commission of the City of Ocoee beginning at 6:15 pm or soon thereafter in the City Hall Commission Chambers located at 150 North Lakeshore Drive, Ocoee, FL 34761. The City Hall Commission Chambers will be closed during the meeting, which closure is subject to change based on the Governor's Executive Order. All interested parties are invited to be heard during the public hearing portion of the meeting. This meeting is broadcasted live on Spectrum Channel 493 with a live stream at www.Ocoee.org/197/Ocoee-TV.
