Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment for Damages and Judicial Sale entered on September 23, 2020, in Case No. 2020-CC-001316 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida in which COLONIAL MANOR MHC HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff and SANDRA JEANNE ROBERTS and UNKNOWN TENANT(s) are the Defendants, I, THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COMPTROLLER OF MANATEE COUNTY, will sell at public sale the following property:
1972 Manac Inc. Mobile Home, VIN No. 0622687926A, Title No. 0005447101 and VIN No. 0622687926B, Title No. 0005447102.
The sale will be held on the 28th day of October, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. to the highest bidder for cash at the Manatee County Judicial Center, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, at the Clerk/Cashier Annex, Second Floor, Room 2700, in accordance with ยง45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
NOTICE: IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS. IF THE SURPLUS FUNDS ARE NOT CLAIMED BY THE OWNER AFTER ONE YEAR, THE FUNDS WILL BE DEPOSITED WITH THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 717.
