NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2020 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000542, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EXCELLENCE CAPITAL OF FLORIDA, LLC, is Judgment Assignee and REGINA M. LAW-RENKE; et al, are Defendant(s). The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on October 29, 2020, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
