NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2020-CC-001269-AXES in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. The Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via on line auction at www.realforeclose.com, at 11 AM on 11/09/2020, the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit as follows:
Tract 953, of an unrecorded plat of Angus Valley, Unit #3, ...A tract of land lying in Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida; more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of the stated Section 2, thence run East (assumed bearing) along the South boundary of the stated Section 2, a distance of 2350.54 feet; thence North a distance of 1450.43 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence continue North a distance of 24.23 feet; thence North 57 degrees 22 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 109.10 feet; thence North 32 degrees 37 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 57 degrees 22 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 32 degrees 37 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 152.60 feet; thence West a distance of 33.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
