The Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via on line auction at www.realforeclose.com, at 11 AM on 11/09/2020, the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit as follows:

Thence continue North a distance of 24.23 feet; thence North 57 degrees 22 minutes 29 seconds West a distance of 109.10 feet; thence North 32 degrees 37 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 57 degrees 22 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 32 degrees 37 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 152.60 feet; thence West a distance of 33.04 feet to the Point of Beginning.
