NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on September 22, 2020, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any of her duly authorized deputies, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The East 60 feet of Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, and the East 60 feet of the N 1/2 of Lot 14, Block 42, City of Zephyrhills (formerly Town of Zephyrhills), as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 54, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
in an online sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 30, 2020, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
